I know what it's like to reach 40! Thinking of the right words to say is not always easy. Feel free to use my rhyme. I created this for a female friend, but you can change the wording for a male.

Oh Oh Oh
You've reached the big Four-Oh
40 years have passed
Oh no, Oh no

Who says you've over the hill at forty
That just isn't true
A new chapter has only just begun
And being forty just suits you


50th Birthday


Reaching half a century really is something to celebrate. Below is a little poem I have created to mark the occasion.

So you've reached the age of Fifty
That's something to be proud
Half a century is nothing to worry about
You can shout your age out loud

Born so many years ago
That much can be said
Older, wiser, attractive and smart
Being 50's not an age to dread
