Create Superhero Childrens Birthday Invitations

Bam, Wham, Pow, calling all Superheroes. If you need to create unique Superhero childrens birthday invitations, then read on.

Kids birthday parties are always special and of course, even more so, when you have created the invitation yourself.

Whether it be Superman, Batman or Spiderman you can make super invitations.

For a Batman party use black and yellow. For a Spiderman party use red and blue. For Superman use red, blue and yellow. Don't forget to invite a few villains too such as The Joker, Mr Freeze and The Riddler to name but a few.

For an easy invitation, use some plain cardstock and use an image of your childs favourite Superhero. Alternatively use stickers of favourite Superheros.

Create a Batman invitation, by cutting out a Batman mask with pointed ears out of thick black card. Make some holes in the sides and thread some elastic through. Ask the children to bring the mask to the party and they will be able to wear the mask on the day. Finally, cut out the eyes and mouth and write all the party details on the back with a silver or white marker pen.

For Spiderman birthday party invitations cut a Spiderman oval mask from red or white card. Cut out the eyes and draw a spiders web with white marker pen. Make some holes in the sides and thread some elastic through. The children will be able to wear the mask on the day. Write all the party details on the back with a silver or white marker pen.

Create a Newspaper Invitation. Cut out some newspaper clippings and headlines. Glue the clippings onto some plain card. These clippings will create the background for your own handmade newspaper. Fold the card in half. On the front side, write a headline such as "Evil Villains Escape"

Inside, write all the party text including that all the party kids should come to the party dressed as their favourite Superhero.

Another idea is to use some clip art of your childs favourite Superhero and paste a photo of his/her head onto the body. Write a caption in a speech bubble such as 'Calling all Superheroes' and underneath write please help save the day for (childs name) Birthday Party. RSVP (childs name) Supermum/Spidermum/Batmum.

I hope you have fun creating childrens birthday invitations for your Superhero.
